SHIPPING
Shipping is free for all orders and takes 2-3 business days to arrive once the package is dropped off to the shipper. Packages will be dropped off to the shipper 1-2 business days after the date the order is placed.
Express shipping is available for $25.00 extra and takes 1-2 business days from the date the package is dropped off to the shipper. Packages will be dropped off to the shipper 1-2 business days after the date the order is placed.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order for any reason please do so within 12 hours from the time you placed the order. Any cancellation requests sent after 12 hours cannot be honored. Send an email to customerservice@beadmystic.com to initiate the cancellation.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 15 day(s) from the original purchase date, returns past the 15 days will not be accepted. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. A refund (minus any expedited shipping costs) will be sent back to the original payment method pending the acceptance of the item. Any items not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
REPAIRS
Repairs can be made free of charge if the item is defective or damaged through regular use for up to 1 year. Please send an email with a picture of the jewelry and a description of the damage to customerservice@beadmystic.com to initiate a repair request. Place the items in need of repair in a box and pad it well to prevent damage.
Bead Mystic, LLC will not be responsible for lost merchandise prior to our receipt.
ITEM CARE
Please use a gentle touch when cleaning your new jewelry.
A soft polishing cloth is best for wiping away smudges or dirt.
Sterling Silver - Use a polishing cloth to restore any shine.
14K Gold-Filled - You can use a soft cloth to clean any gold filled parts of the jewelry (chain, wire, beads) something like a lens or flannel cloth will work.
Lariats - Store your lariat with care to ensure it will not get tangled.
